Effective October 15, 2021, the name of PeroxyChem, LLC will be changed to Evonik Active Oxygens, LLC.
As you may be aware, PeroxyChem, LLC was acquired by Evonik in 2020. Effective October 15, 2021, the name of PeroxyChem will be changed to Evonik Active Oxygens, LLC. Please note that this is a name change only. Company address, tax IDs, and payment information will remain the same. Please update your records to reflect the new name on purchase orders effective October 15, 2021. Upon request, we can provide an updated W-9, which will be available after October 15, 2021.
We strongly encourage all customers to pay via electronic payments for faster processing. To properly apply funds, all payments require remittance details, including invoice number. Please email your remittance details for payment to: accounts-receivable-pxc@evonik.com.
